Enter Twigs' world in Where Unicorns Roam as children are given the opportunity to carry on her story in the style of the author. Allowing the children to explore the true myth of the unicorn, witness as the freedom to let their imaginations soar inspires them to find pleasure in writing.

What could be lurking in the dark?

Find out what danger is hiding in the darkness as Charlotte introduces the children to the world of Twigs. Piece together the clues in the text, and encourage them to use their imagination to decide what peril the poor fae is facing.

Discover why the unicorns are on the brink of extinction as a young girl desperately tried to save them. Using drama skills, children immerse themselves in the story Where Unicorns Roam as they take on the role of the creatures' protector and of their persecutors.

Children explore the difference between positive and negative peer pressure as they hear stories from Realm of the Thunderbird. They then discuss how to stand strong in their own beliefs as they role play different scenarios.
